- Once your order has been placed and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order number, your shipping address and order summary. Please keep this e-mail for your records – it contains your order number.
- If any items in your order become out of stock, we will immediately notify you via email and present you with the best available options.
- The delivery dates may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the items you order.
Whenever practical, we ship all the items together. However, if the ordered fixtures are from different designers, artisans or brands, your orders will be shipped from different locations and may not arrive together. We do not charge extra for split shipments.
Some items may be delayed due to manufacturer constraints (i.e. parts are back ordered for an item for assembly). In such cases, we will have our sales associate contact you as soon as we confirm estimated ship dates. Upon notification, you may modify your order, or cancel your order and get a refund on items that have not shipped.
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. You will receive a second email once your order has shipped. Please save these e-mails for your records.
All sales result in a shipment contract (FOB seller or manufacturers place of business). Sellers delivery obligations are fulfilled at the time goods are tendered to UPS, Fed Ex, Freight, or common carrier for delivery to the buyer.
Seller reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery.
If you would like to track your order, you will need to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or using the Live Chat on our website, and we’ll give you the tracking number for your order.

Returns and Refunds Policy
- Please note, we only accept returns of unused, undamaged Products, with original packaging, tags, and marks intact. Missing accessories, damaged or negligently packaged Products will not be refunded.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Picking up the package in places where there is no distribution at the houses, is the customer's responsibility only. If the customer didn׳t pick-up the delivery, and the shipment sent back, a refund can be made after deducting the shipping charges.
- Once your package has arrived, you should open and examine it to make sure that the Products meet your order. If you wish to return a Product inform us as soon as possible and avoid removing the tags, altering, or washing the Product or its packaging.
- As per section 5 above, you may not cancel your order when it's already printed or shipped or when the Product is returned damaged. If delivery has been documented in proximity to an occurrence, we will deny a claim for fault unless you provide equivalent documentation. Therefore, to avoid inconvenience we suggest you document any Product immediately upon receipt. We do not accept refund requests based on cause
- Our returns policy allows cancellation up to 30 days as of the date of receipt.
- To process your return and refund your order, we require a receipt or equivalent proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, ask us for the return address. Shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer.
- Any Product not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, will not be returned or refunded.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 to 72 hours.
- A few standard Products are offered on the Website and may be refunded, but custom made or print-on-demand Products cannot be refunded.
Coupons and Discounts
17. You can only use one coupon code per purchase.

21. If there is not enough space to fill out your full address, send urgently an email to customer service and ask to update the address and/or details of the shipping address.
22. Any lack of information and/or inaccuracy in the shipping details may result in the shipment not arriving at the destination and/or delays in delivery of the package and even returning it to the sender or its destruction by the local post office.
23. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, we will not be able to guarantee delivery of the shipment at the aforementioned time and/or delivery of the package, and the customer may be charged the shipping costs.
